Our response will be for you to email us your question(s) first. We do provide a large amount of information on our website
in our FAQ’s and White Papers sections (sidebar to your left), so please investigate your question(s) there first.
The few technical personnel with the knowledge to answer your question(s) are not available to answer incoming phone calls
or make instant return emails. Please provide us with as much detailed information as possible in your email(s). The priority
and urgency will be assessed, and then routed to the correct technical or managerial person. That person will then research
your question and respond either by email or if that person feels your question needs to be addressed verbally, they will
respond to you with a phone call.
